MAN! Just baked one of these for the first time. Fake butter and splenda. Esp. those who are cutting (WHY ITS WINTER!>!>!>!>) and want to reduce the carbs from regular sweet potatoes, this is a perfect dinner entree. Had some asphagus, turkey breast, and a ton of squash.....mash it up and slap in on top of ground turkey,,,.....so good and like 20g of carbs, with 6-8 g of fiber, so the carb content is nill..........mixing it with turkey, makes the GI nil too........give it a shot bros!
