so im 5'9, 170, and around 9 percent body fat. Been cutting for a while. I am about ready to start puttin back on some good muscle and eaten again. I feel about paper thin now. So how many calories should I take in daily while bulkin and being HIGHLY active all day with a fast metabolism. Thanks.
