Why not use whey protein supplement?
if i ate 10 cans a day, i would be hittin up around 2000mg a day dude you need to expand your diet beyond tuna eat some chicken or beef, if your ona budget eat some eggwhites
ive ate that much without the vit c.. but if your gonna take it, id get from 2g-5g.. vit c is a dymnamic supp
i do mix it up..i eat chicken,steak,tuna,whey,egg whites i always changing up but a day out of the week I might eat a shitload of tuna..
the mercury level is far too low in canned tuna to worry about. as long as your not going day by day eating it like that you will be fine, but it is smart to take your vitamins:)
when he says 2-5g she means 2000mg-5000mg.
