Hows my diet?
Hey im starting my diet and cycle tomorrow (10.10.05) wanted a few opinions on my diet, please let me know what you think, and what i need to do to it...
Cycle:
1-13 Sust250/ 500wk (eod)
1-11 EQ/400wk
proper pct
Diet:
7am:
8 egg whites, 1 pack of oatmeal, 2 C 1% Milk, Whey Protein
cals - 711 fat - 9 Carb - 62 Protein - 94
11am:
1 Tuna Sandwich on rye bread
1 non-fat yogurt
cals - 320 fat - 3 carbs - 49 protein - 24
3pm
1 Chicken Breast
1 Turkey Burger w/bun, and cheese
Gatorade
cals - 542 fat - 17 carbs - 49 protein - 58
meal 4
1 C Pineapple
Whey Protein w. 1 C 1% milk
cals - 380 fat - 5 carbs - 30 pro - 54
meal 5
10 oz red meat or i'll substitute the meat with fish (perch)
Salad w/ 1 C Cucumber, 1 C Tomotoe
1 C Broccoli
Pasta
cals -797 fat -35 carbs -51 protein-69 (this is with the steak)
cals -366 fat -11 carbs -40 protein -28 (this is with the fish
meal 6:
1 Turkey burger. plain w/out bun
1 C 1% Milk
Whey Protein
cals - 480 fat -14 carb - 15 protein - 74
meal 7
Russian Bear 5000 weight gainer
w/ 1 C 1% whole milk
cals -620 fat -3 carbs -89 protein -49
totals with steak
cals:4052
fat:94

pro:427
totals with fish

fat:70
carbs:351
pro:386
so does this look good, or does it suck?? feel free to flame away if you must...
by the way im 23, 5'8'' 175 as of today, and tryin to get in the 190's from this cycle...

well I think that it looks pretty good for bulk... the only think that I do not like is the Turkey burger..... I would rather go for a turkey breast......

ok, what about the protein though? don't you think it may be a little high, considering im only about 175ish

your protein intake is well above maintence i would play around with it a bit, but i looks pretty good to me.
