carb cycling what do you guys think????
ive been reading up on carb cycling (twin peaks) it got me thinking if this cycling carbs idea really works im trying it myself and ill let you guys know how its going. im trying to get down to about 6% -8% bf ive been overweight my whole life and finally got down to 13-14% bf which is really good for me. i was about 29% bf before,= :1laugh: let me know if you guys have had success with this type of diet
mon- high carbs 60gr-70gr , 33 gr prot.
tues- low carb 50grams carbs only 4 meals have carbs
wed.- no carb
repeat over for thurs. fri.sat. and sunday
each meal has 33 grams of pro.
total 6 meals a day
2 meals a day can have dark meat
4 meals can only have white meat
each meal 1/2 fruit 50 cals worth
what do you guys think please let me know
