carb cycleing is the BIGGEST pain in the ass, just take down the same amount of carbs evreyday, then throw in a cheat meal whe i feel nesscary, to reefeed..this works well for me

i agree, carb cycling is a mind f**k for me. im more hungry on high carb days than low carb days...i wanna eat every carb in sight when my body gets a little taste.

i find that carb cycling works best for me as far as dieting.. on the days i have carbs,i have them post workout and thats all, about 60-80, no more, then on low carbs day, i try to eat none.. i go 3carb days, 1low..repeat, then on my 2nd carb day of the week, i have a huge cheat meal

i tried that for a month, and found i can get the same results with just my regular cuttin routine, which is carb ED, PWO and AM only, and cheat once a week. So IMO, i would rather keep my sanity....... but give it a try, it does work, just harder to do.
