sorry to share that with ya.. but hey if anyone has troubles with releasing...try some coffee..nature's laxitive. PaPa- that Fiber snack sounds good, I'll have to try it...I don't eat cereal cause most of them are loaded with sugar but I think that one and most shredded wheat cereals fall in the low to no sugar catagory. I eat alot of Brocoli which has alot of fiber but you can also get some Psylium husks from the store which do the trick. I want to ask a dirty question but don't think that it would fly very well, so I'll hold back.
