"real" whey

I have a drink I can buy at my store, its whey, not powder, but actual whey, as in the byproduct of making chesse or whatever, its 1000g and it doesn't cost sh1t!

However I looked it up on fitday, and it seems its mostly carbs and almost no protein how could that be?

Btw its a clear liquid, tastes sour, its the stuff you find on the yogurt b4 you shake the cup...

The d@mn thing wouldn't connect at all, and whenever I called the help line we fixed it and it got fvcked in 5 minutes again, until it just pissed me off so much I was offline for like 2 weeks

The thing that pisses me off about those helplines is the fact that I know a 150 pound teen girly bastard is laughing at me for being stupid with computers and i can't slap him
