how long on low carb?....
hey guys, heres the situation, my bday is the start of november....my friends have planned to take me down south for a week. Right now im sitting at about 12.5% bf....I was thinking, with the last 3 weeks of october before i leave, i wanted to get the abs in...which i beleive is doable. my quesiton is:
If i go on a low carb diet from now until say november 2nd, will i end up taping into muscle and loosing it?....maybe i should start the low carbing phase with 2 weeks to go before i leave?
My meals will consist of carbs for breaky and carbs after my workouts...evertying else will be pro/fat....any suggestions?....is this a good idea?....right now im at 202lbs....and i do cardio 5 times a week for at least 30 mins....

thats not even low carb, but it'll help. more like the basic cutting principal
but no you shouldnt if your diet is on, i didnt and i did what you are thinking about, 1 b4 workout then pwo ppwo, you're good to go.

thats too damn fast to lose it, you dont have enough time to do it right,only 3 weeks would be aright if you were at 9% bf but at 12.5% and 202lbs your pushing the envelope on muscle loss big time. If it were myself I may cycle my carbs b/ a moderate carb day and low carb day. I wouldnt go strictly low carb for 3 weeks straight but thats just myself

i dunno...i think if you are on point with your plan you can see good results in 3 weeks. i have been doing the same thing you are talking about (carbs only in pwo and ppwo...the rest pro/fat) and i can see my second row of abs now. i still have that stubborn lower ab fat though...grrr

um.. what really worked for me, and still does it Rala...
and my pwo protein/dex then ppwo is protein/carb veggie..
then next meal protein/fat flax..
