    cutting/carbs at night

I am starting a cutting diet. It probably wont be anything great, but I'll try. Last time I went at it..I lost weight quickly, but strength as well. I followed the cutting sticky and I think I cut my carbs too low, making me lose strength/size. My question is, at night, can I have a small amount of carbs without delaying the process? Will this help me hold on to more mass and more strength?

depending on the amount, carbs affect your bodies ability to go into the deeper sleep stages

I would have a pro/fat meal before bed.

My PPWO is usually around 8-9pm depending on my workout time, and then my pro/fat before bed is usually around 11pm.

If you are an ecto - u can have them before sleep even w/out weights.

If you are more of an endo type - no way Jose.

Im definitely endo. I gain weight pretty easily if I just up the calories..be it fat or muscle (depending on diet obviously). I can also lose weight easily which is what I am focused on now..I am trying to get to 230 or so like you said in my pic thread. I usually workout late (Ill get done anywhere from 10 to midnight) have my pwo pro/carb meal and then thats usually it for the night. I usually stay up late, but also sleep til 10 or 11 so any meal after that is always a pro/fat meal.

don't shine the good carbs post w/o for any reason (even if it's late)--you need them. Just keep it at that, though, and if you eat anything later, keep the carbs out or super low.

well pretty much everything i eat in pro/fat meals will have some carbs. Unless you are talking about grilled chicken or any type of animal meat.
