If your bulking I don't think you can put on "Too" much weight. You can always cut later.

I was told to cut down the cals a bit cuz i also noticed that i was gaining a little bit to much... also how is your AM cardio looking? Might just want to increase that a bit to get rid of addition fat you might be storing from bulking...

You might want to start including it in to limit the amount of fat that your gonna add during your bulk... Maybe just start off with 2 days 30 min, and see how that effects your gains... And adjust from there...

Ok then you need to cut your cals back a bit and yes some AM cardio would most def help keep the fat off.

thanks for the advice. See I think im a fast gainer.....fast loser type of body...cardio could kill my weight.....but not sure..if I did decide to do cardio how much? and how long? I know to expect some fat, but I think its coming on way to fast and im just onto this diet for 2-3 weeks maybe. So 300-350 carbs and 400 protien and keep the fat between 80-100???? and drop the calories down to 3400 or so?

You can either drop the cals, or drop the cals slightly and incorporate some cardio. My choice would be a slight reduction in cals and add AM cardio for 45 min. This would be low intensity of course and would help with fat gain not to mention work out the most important muscle in your body, the heart.

If you know how to eat you simply are not just going to waste away into nothing. Sleep is not that catabolic either if you eat before bed, which I hope everyone does. Also Aerobic exercise increases nutrient uptake much like weight training does, it enhaces glycogen syntheis as well as protein synthesis.

Putting you in the perfect state to burn fat. The most optimal by far, if kept at a low intensity.

Well I'll agree there but if you are lean bulking then Low intensity cardio can be utilized to burn some fat and help minimize fat gain. Cardio done in the fasted state will use FFA's for fuel, which is never a bad thing cutting or bulking.
