Chubby Face, need your input.
Hi there,
Ive notice since last year, my face has gone very chubby. My family genes, no one has a chubby face at all.
So it must of been i put on weight. heh duh!
Anways, any one here had a chubby face and lost it or know of someone? Is it possible (reachable and not a some thing that only happens once in a life time)
Just wondering dum question, but does your nose pick up fat too or just your face?
Thanks.
and yes, Its the Vinh again. (thats if you can remember me)

Its mostly genetics. I had a friend ask me the other day how do I lose fat in this specific body part. I had to answer that as far as I know there is no way to spot the fat loss, its all a matter of overall bf%. That assumes that you are not considering surgery, which can effectively facilitate spot losses.

I don't know if this is true or not, but it seems to hold true for me so...The last place you put the weight on is the first place it comes off when cutting/dieting. My face is the last place I seem to gain weight. When I notice my face bulging, its time to step away from the table for a few months. On the other side of that coin, the first place you put it on is the last place it comes off.

When you lose fat, you lose it everywhere. I hear of 'fad' products for losing fat in one place, but I have never heard of one that worked!
Losing weight (in general) will help you lose weight in your face. That's about all the advice I can offer!

Well there are 2 parts of the human body that never stop growing. Your nose and your ears. Yep, got that one from a plastic surgeon here in AL.

my chubby face is gone!
I had the same problem Vihn. I have always been fat, still am. But I have recently dropped about 65lbs. And the first thing people noticed was my face my double chins are gone, my arms have some definition. I dont tear the ass out of my pants anymore and you can start to see hints of muscle under all the fat that was there, still got the gut and around my quads to lose. I am getting there. Good luck to you!
btw NYC stack is really good worked great for me anyway, Cardio in the morning on empty stomach is also a must.IMO
later.
