First Timer!
I just started lifting for the first time in my life, about a month into it now. I'm a 39 year old male, 61", 180#, slim build. I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on dieting to follow. What to eat, how often, what to avoid, etc....I'm clueless. Thanks for your help!!

Welcome,
Try to eat every 2-3 hours whether cutting or bulking.
Good carb sources: brown rice, oatmeal, yams, sweet potatoes
Try to get a good few portions of green veg in your diet too. I like green beans, brocolli, etc.
Good protein sources: turkey, chicken, salmon, tuna, lean beef, egg whites
Healthy fats: almonds, flax oil, natty peanut butter.
I personally would not mix carbs with fats, but thats me.
Try to get 1.5+ grams of protein per lb of bodyweight (depending on your goals)
I take it your wanting to bulk?
