    Body fat % ????

    Hey I wasnt sure where to put this first had it in the personal trainer forum but not that busy over there. So here it is if any now how to come up the the % please help a brother out thanks

    He didn't explain it to you?

    How did he give you a diet w/out telling you your bodyfat percentage?

    Yes he did tell me BUT on the paper that I got theres 2 different % numbers. If you look at the numbers from each different measurements one has chest at 9 then the other no chest meas. one has tri's as 6 the other @ 12 different number different answers thats why im asking how its done. I didnt tell the % yet cause im waiting for some answers form you guys if any Thanks Also I was hoping you would of been the one telling me Swole. thanks bro.
