i know a small amount of fat is permitted when eating low GI carbs but can you get away with a bit more than a 'small amount'?
obviously i never eat fat with high GI carbs, but was wandering about the effect of a carb/pro/fat meal would have
if the carbs are low GI, then there wont be a high insulin surge, also the addition of fat and protein would reduce the GI of the carbs
so is there really anything to worry about with this
