    "Old school" bodybuilding diets

    Looking all over and unable to come up with any quality info

    Trying to find link/links to articles or posted diets from all the old school bodybuilders...

    Why would you want Old School, times and knowledge have certainly changed a great deal.

    I agree just watch pumping Iron where he and others go out to eat and the have mounds of red meat. Old school diets were red meat, fish, potatoes for the most part I'd stick with what the forum has to offer

    i saw that shiznit Arnold was pounding down like two serloin's along with a few potatos for breakfast, i was like damn, i dunno how those guys stayed so F'in lean, they never talked about cardio either, did they???

    nothing wrong with red meat Il take it over chicken any day

    arnolds encyclopedia had some short diet info in it. Cant remember how extensive it was but I guess that could count as old school info
