Need some help with my current plan, por favor

Need some help with my diet. I am 25yrs, 6'1" 176 lbs with about 15%-16% BF. My goal is to be at 190-193 lbs with 10-11% BF. I have been on this diet for the past few weeks and like it but I want to make sure it checks out with you guys.

    Meal #1
Whey Protien, 1/2 Cup Oats & 1 Banana
    495 cals, 50 pro, 62 carbs, 8 fat

    Meal #2
Chicken Breast, 2 slices Whole Wheat Bread, some Fat Free Mayo, Tomato's & Lettuce
    520 cals, 60 pro, 55 carbs, 6 fat

    -lift-

    Meal #3
    Whey Protein & dex
    555 cals, 48 pro, 79 carbs, 2 fat

    Meal #4
6oz Chicken Breast, 1/4 cup White Rice (dry), 1/2 cup Green Peas & some soy sauce/teriyaki
    495 cals, 60 pro, 53 carbs, 3 fat

    Meal #5
    5oz Tuna,2 Eggs & some Ranch Dressing
    391 cals, 51 pro, 0 carbs, 20 fat

    Meal #6
Casien Protien & 1 tblspoon Flax
    420 cals, 52 pro, 6 carbs, 20 fat

    totals: 2876 cals, 321 pro, 255 carbs, 59 fat

I do HIIT cardio on empty stomach the 4 days I dont lift (including my cheat day!). My main concern is the 3 non-lifting days. I keep the meals the same except I dont take dex obviously, I also swap meal 2 with Turkey Breast & Almonds and I swap Meal 1 with Steak & Veggies. As you can see the carbs are only in meal #1 on non-lifing days (is that good?).
Comes out to roughly, 2180 cals, 310 pro, 45 carbs, 80 fat

With my current status and my goals, what should I tweak on my lifting days and also what should my non-lifting days be like to maximize results.

Also, I plan on getting on a cycle of Anavar and Prop [ yes I know its a cutting cycle - but I got it and want to put it to use ] starting mid-late Nov.

    thanks for the help!

Are you cutting, bulking, or planning on doing both at the same time?

I guess thats my dilemna. I want to add muscle, but I have fat to shed. I know people have said it cant be done simultaneously. But I have also read here that it can be done (likie this: http://forums.anabolicreview.com/sho...scle+mass+diet)

is it wishfull thinking on my part?

Maybe, but with tons of gear...

You'd still be doing it half-assed, do a bulker or cut, the sooner you accept sonner your results will come!

There is a saying in my country, something like : "You can't fart and squezze our but cheeks at the same time!" - you get my point

My advice would be a lean bulker, and cutting after that

One can cut and get stonger yes. Cut and gain muscle. No, not possible at all. That is very wishful thinking. Aside from the person who just picks up weight training, most cannot do this. And I'd drop the HIIT cardio on an empty stomach ASAP. Unless you want to lose all your muscle.

Alright I will do a lean bulk. Is that diet good for that?

Also on non-weight training days, should I intake the same amount of carbs or just drop the dex?

And I thought doing cardio at 75% HR on an empty stomach is essential?

HIIT Cardio it 100% and over you Max heart rate. High Intensity Interval Training, not the same as regular fat loss cardio.
