Cool Please Help Me With This Diet

Well Im 24yrs Old And I Weigh 207lbs I'm Trying To Gain Some Lean Mass But I Have A Good 2-3lbs Of Fat I Can Do Without. Currently My Diet Consisted Of:
Morning: Protein Shake/cereal With Low Fat Milk
Lunch: Beef W/broccoli And White Rice
    Post Workout Shake
    Dinner: Chicken W/broccoli White Rice

I Wanted To Try And Lean Up While Maintaining Muscle Mass, I Was Thinking Of Going On Low Carb, High Protein Diet, Consisting Of No Rice, No Pastas, And Just Chicken, Steak, Tuna, Salmon, Lentils, Red Beans, And Egg Whites In The Morning.

Does This Seem Ok To You Guys Or Should I Add Or Edit Something?

You're going in the right direction, but it seems you need to eat way more ta gain lean mass, I'd guess somewhere around 3,500 to 4,000 cals. You need to eat more meals as well. Check out the bulking or lean mass stickies at the very top of the page, they will help you set up a plan.

Indeed. eat more. Several meals throughout the day. Don't cut your carbs!! Just work hard with cardio. I'd switch the white rice to brown (same with pasta and bread).
