    milk and meat??? help

    hello to all of you

    i've heard that if you drink milk or yogurt when you're eating meat or right after you eat it you don't asimilate well the meat, is this right? can someone know an answer to this?

    maybe a can of coke... , but never heard of this before either...

    me neither also heard that drinkin milk with coffee is bad too because the caffeine doesn't let the body abosrb the calcium from the milk...weird right?

    I saw the title and my stomach turned.....something about drinking a glass of milk while eating meat sounds gross to me .
