what time does everyone stop cheating on there cheat days???
i have a cheat meal not cheat meal...but if i did have a cheat day i would end it in the mid afternoon, like 4-5...
just keep eatin bruh, you need the cals
if im not doing anything in the evening i usually stop around 7pm. i dont hit the sack normally till lik 12:00 or 1 so the food has time to settle b4 bed. but if im going out i dont usually start my cheat till late afternoon then make sure and call it quits by 12am. today's one of those days in fact! this afternoon i had a bag of chocolates (not a small bag) and 2 bagels with cream cheese. now im sickeningliy full...i feel so weak next to you guys and your mondo cheats. im going to cheesecake factory tonight so hopefully my appetite will be back by then :D

I start my cheat meals at night... :no:
But thats the time that i get with friends and go out...
so far on todays cheat i either cheat on saturday r sunday
subway,bag of chip, 3 cookies
2 pb/honey sandwhich's
5 enchaladia/rice/beans
more to come

heres what i had today in order up until now, about 9pm:
1 bowl cerreal
handful of nutter bars(you know, those little peanut butter cookies)
Denny's(eggs, 4 sausage links, 3 pancakes, glass of milk)
venti caramel frap from starbucks
bowl of cereal
3 slices of meat lovers pizza stuffed crust
1 large reeses blizzard
2 more slices of pizza
another bowl of cereal
**think im gonna stop here, for my stomach is hurtin and distended as hell, havent been to the jon all day, maybe gonna take some exlax lol to help release some of it.

I treid to cheat sat, and got fuggin sick, for 20 minutes.. then had to work, felt like $hit for 4 hours...ate regular for the rest of the day, and tried it again sun. kept it all down!
i think im gonna rethink my cheat days. I just dont feel its really beneficial to go all out like that. I mean, it doesnt take a whole day to restart your metabolism, and i feel so sick by the end of the day and my stomach hurts. It depends if my girlfriend is in town or out... if she's out it gives me a much better chance to cheat... I will sometimes when she is around too.... I have to be very careful though!

BUT, pizza hut in the mid to late afternoon is fantastic!
