    Kind of a wierd question..

    Can somebody around 6"4 but at least 220 pounds lay out for me what their diet looks like? I'm just curious to see how it looks compared to mine and also looking for some more ideas. When you're tall you have to throw down alot of food and it becomes hard to do. Thanks. BTW i'm 6"4 235. Here's what mine looks like. I'm currently in a bulking phase right now.

    6am - 45 min incline cardio on 3.5, 6.0 incline 3x a week
    12 ounces/whey and water w/dextrose

    7:15
    2 packs raw oats with some splenda and half banana, skim milk
    1 whole wheat bagel w/ light cream cheese
    1 glass orange juice
    1 glass of milk

    10:00
    1 apple
    2 scoops Whey w/flax

    12:00
    1 can of tuna
    1 chicken breast
    1 can of spinach
    2 scoops whey w/flax with skim milk

    3:00
    2 scoops whey w/flax

    5:00
    2 pcks of raw oats/skim milk
    1 diced peaches

    Workout 6 to 7
    Post-workout
    12 ounces water and 2 scoops whey with dextrose
    creatine

    8:00
    2 Chicken breast
    Brown rice
    Diet Rite

    9:30
    Lowfat Cottage cheese
    2 peices of swiss cheese
    1 glass of skim milk

    Beddy bed

    I'll stop by Taco bell or whatever and pick up some shit if I feel like i need more food when i'm bulking.

    ur relying to much on the shakes and ur not getting enough protein in from solid food. u dont need the dextrose for post cardio just post workout. take a look at the bulking sticky. i know how hard it is to fill out a tall frame im 6'2 but u can make major adjustment to help u out....

    i wouldnt take down dex after cardio IMO

    1.first protein drink take out the dex
    2.second meal add about 8 egg whites.
    3.take out that protein shake and substitute it with that next meal, (tuna,chicken,ect.
    4.take out that third protein shake and sub. with that next meal the oat ect.. and add a lean protein off choice.
    5. lean protein w/ efa
    6. keep the same pwo meal.
    7.i guess u can keep that last meal or sub. with a shake.

    smak - you revamp that diet? Cals also seem incredible low..I thought you said you eat everything in site....cmon
