I just drink 50 grams of whey protein shake when I get home from the gym unless it is around dinner time, then I eat chicken.

That sweet cerel has high sugar in it which is just empty calories. little protein usually.

0 carbs for me after a workout. I am a diebetic and carbs turn into sugar which increase my sugar levels. I maintain a very steady sugar level in my blood with low carbs high protein diet and I am in the middle of my bulking cycle now too.

I still get plenty of carbs, I just choose not to for pwo and I evenly spread out my intake throughout the day.

500g-600 g carbs less than 5-10% of those are sugar carbs and most of my sugar intake comes from my non-fat milk.

    300g protein

    50g - 100g fat

    27 yrs old
    current weight 176

21 lbs weight gain in last 4 weeks

3rd week of 15mg/day dbol cycle
