Bulkin Diet! Please Critique!!!
Hey whats up! Alright i been workin on Fitday.com all damn night. I feel i have got everything in check, but i want to post this cause no one ever really knows how dumb they are until proven so.
My situation: i'm 23, 5'8 173 minimal bodyfat and my goal is to be up in the 190's by the end of my next cycle.
Cycle experience:
Low Dose
Weeks 1-10 Test Enanthate 250mg/wk
Weeks 1-10 EQ 200mg/wk
Weeks 8-12 Winstrol 50mg/day
Proper PCT
from that i gained 16lbs and kept 12.
Next cycle consists of:
Weeks
1-4 Anadrol 50mg/day
1-13 Sustanton 500mg/wk shot (eod)
1-11 Deca 300mg/wk
Nolva ran 20mg/day throughout
proper PCT
Now for my diet, please critique the hell out of this!!
Meal 1
8 Egg Whites
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 C 1% milk (i put it in the oatmeal, and protein)
2 Scoops Whey Protein
Cals - 589g Fat - 4g Carbs - 52g Protein - 86g
Meal 2
2 Tuna Sandwiches with Rye bread
2 non - fat yogurts
Cals - 589g Fat 4g Carb - 88g Protein - 45g
Meal 3
10 oz Chicken Breast
1 Cup Cottage Cheese
Baked Potatoe
8 oz. Gatorade
Cals - 429g Fat 6g Carbs - 42 Protein - 65g
Meal 4
2 Scoops Whey Protein w/ 8oz 1% Milk
1 Cup Sliced Pineapple
Cals - 429g Fat- 5g Carbs - 43g Protein - 55g
Meal 5
10 oz Steak
1 C Brocolli
2 C Salad w/ 1/2 C Cucumbers, 1 C diced tomotoes
Pasta
Cals - 601g Fat - 22g Carb - 59g Protein - 43g
or
I'll substitute the steak with fish (i prefer perch)
1 C broc
2 C salad w/ 1/2 C Cucumbers, 1 C diced tomotoes
Pasta
Cals - 410g fat - 11g Carb - 48g Protein - 33g
Meal 6
1 C Cottage Cheese
2 Scoops 100% Whey Protein w/
8oz 1% Milk
Cals - 484g Fat - 7g Carb 21g Protein - 82g
Meal 7
Weight gainer (Russian Bear 5000)
With 8oz 1% Milk
Cals - 620g Fat - 2.5g Carbs - 89g Protein - 45g
Totals
With the Steak instead of fish final counts are:
Cals - 4040 Fat - 78 Carb - 374 Protein - 441
Fish instead of Steak are:
Cals - 3531 Fat - 52 Carbs - 363 Protein - 385

Oh just for the record i also go through a good gallon 1/2 to 2 gallons of water a day. I carry a milk jug full of it everywhere i go... get some pretty strange looks too, specially in class... lol

this is one of the better diets I've seen posted.
You need to add a whey shake with water pre and post gym.
Do you really eat that much or is this a plan for a diet?

yea i use whey as PWO..... yea i can mow through food like none other... i just wanted to make sure this was ok.. considering im 173... and the protein is up in the 440 range..... i don't want any unused protein turning to fat. so i wanted to get as many opinions as possible.

Your diet is good. I would eat more fats but that's just me. Pasta should be Whole wheat and maybe add another steak in the mix. Red meat is great for bulking....
other then that, GREAT Diet...

One other note that came to mind is that am only 5'11" 162 lbs and have been eating 4000 calories a day (w/out gear) so maybe your calories should be a little higher. Just a thought from a beginner however, take it with a grain of salt.
But way to put it together and keep it organized and easy to read... as well as including all macros. You should get some good responses. Good luck with your cycle

I'd add more FATS to the diet. Other than that, bulk away! On a side note...why did you decide on that particular choice of AAS's?

i've only done 1 low dose cycle man... i haven't started my second one yet.. i won't till i have everything lined out perfectly first.. thats why im on here lookin for answers... my second cycle by the way is the one mentioned above that includes the drol, sust, and deca .... i just haven't started it yet...oh and from that low dose cycle i did i gained 16 and kept 12.

iight can we get back to this diet now??? i seriously wanna know what i need to change on here..... OHHH ANOTHER THING!!! I CAnNNot handle that cottage cheese crap..... that stuff is freakin terrible! anyone have any ideas on a good alternative to it, cause i really just cannot handle that crap...

get creative with the cottage cheese, try and add some sugar free syrup or some sugar free jelly (my favorite is sugar free strawberry preserve). im not gunna say its great but its much better, after a while u might even start to like it lol.

If you can't handle the cottage cheese try replacing it with sum hardboiled egg whites or scrambled egg whites. Eggs get tiring I know...but if you can't handle cottage cheese it's the best alternative I can think of. If I eat cottage cheese I will just measure out a cup and plow through it in about a minute or so.

Alright....welll anyone else have any thoughts on this diet? I start my cycle monday.. so the countdown is on.... lookin good.. or needs a change???
also on a side note i've changed the cycle a bit... took out the anadrol and deca ...

Ok well, i changed up the diet a bit, made it a bit more realistic for me... took out that cottage cheese crap and exhanged it with turkey burgers.... I can't take snapshots on my computer, so i just copied this from my fitday.com
i'm in the second week of my cycle, up 5lbs (water) of course... but check this out let me know what you think of the stats of the diet... im 177 right now.
if anyone is really interested in seeing the diet in detail, let me know and i'll post it up.....

Alright no problem bro.. it looks like this
8am
8 Egg Whites
1 pack of Oatmeal (i use quaker, maple and brown sugar)
12oz of 1% Milk (used with the oatmeal, and protein shake)
Whey Protein
11am
Tuna Sandwich on Rye bread (with mustard only)
Non-fat yogurt
2pm
1 Turkey Burger (w/bun, cheese, ketchup, mustard)
2 Cups Pasta
2 Cups Gatorade
4pm
1 C Pineapple
Whey Protein
10oz 1% Milk
7pm (PWO)
10oz steak (ribeye) or....8oz Fish (i like perch)
with the steak i use:
1 Tbsp A1 Marinade
2 Tbsp A1 Steak Sauce
Salad w/ 1 Cup of sliced cucumber, 1 Cup Chopped tomoato, with 4 Tbsp of dressing
1 Cup Steamed Broccoli
10fl oz of 1% Milk
Whey Protein
10pm
1 Chicken Breast
1 Turkey burger plain (without bun, cheese, ketchup, mustard)
midnight
Russian Bear 5000 Weight Gainer
with 10fl oz 1% milk
***also i consume a gallon + water each day
each wednesday i have one cheat meal and its always wendys cause i can never get enough of that.
well there ya go... let me know what you think... and if you think it sucks, well let me know that too....

Do you not have any protein or carbs immediately after your workout? I would make sure to get at least 40-60g whey after working out with at least if not more than 60g of simple carbs. I try to get these within 15 min after my workout. Other than that, looks good. Mines a little different. I never thought of a turkey burger, it'd be nice to be able to sit down to a burger every now and then.

i slam 2 scoops of whey with 1% milk immediately after each workout.. guess i didn't put that in there, cause i just assume "DUH".... i need to quit doin that... but yea, i get it in there..... i take it before my PWO meal... and by the time my meal gets done, im ready to eat again, cause the shake fills my ass up.... keep me posted on how your doin... id like to see your diet to, just for some ideas...

Oh man that was ages ago. I recieved it, but I never did it. I was 17 and stupid and went in on a bunch with some football buddies. I ended up selling it to one of the other guys on the team. I'm happy I didn't do it. I'm 20 now and still got about 4-5 years before I plan on using any gear.
