Timing of Meals... for my schedule...

wondering best way to time out my meals....
    so far i have....
5am (when i wake up) , 7am(when i arrive at work before we start), 10:30am(first coffee break), 1pm(lunch time sometimes is 12 tho), 4pm(2nd coffee sometimes at 3pm tho) , 6:30pm (when i arrive in town from work), workout at 7pm, post shake at 8ish, before bed at like 9:30 or 10:30....

thats like eating 8 times a day... its kinda hard i work in construction bussiness but my breaktimes change day to day depending on what crew im working with.... i dont have access to a kitchen at coffee or lunch breaks usually im on a peice of machenery (crane) ..... anyone got recommendations of easy meals for someone without method of warming advice is appreciated..... if not just lemme know if my layout is bad or not... trying to get all ducks in a row before i poke myself...

layout looks okay to me...as long as you can stick with that. you're gonna miss a meal here and there, it happens. i would recommend tuna, chicken, salmon they have in little pouches now. all you need is a plastic fork. whey protein and a handful of nuts or some other efa's can be used for one or two meals. carbs might be a little harder...since you're bulking i would say its okay to have whole grain bread products. you can grind up oatmeal and throw it in with your shakes too. is this your first cycle BTW?
