my revamped stay lean maintence diet
meal1--10 egg whites/1/2 cup oats
meal2--1 scoop whey/1 tbls olive oil
meal3--1 can tuna/ 1/2 cup brown rice
PWO--2 scoop whey 80 dex
meal4--8oz meat/ 68g's carbs, brown rice / 2 cup veggies
meal5--8oz meat/ 2 cup veggies/ 1 tbls olive oil
meal6--2 scoop whey/ 1 tbls pb
209--carbs, 35--fat, 289--protein
any suggestions would be good i think i need to up the carbs a bit but haveing trouble on deciding were to up them?? and i know fat seems low but i do eat red meat about 3 times a week pluse i eat tons of fish please any adivce would be good

hey steve...looks a lil better than your starvation diet i saw before ( j/k) i agree though, 40 or so more carbs would be perfect i think. you could make the oatmeal 3/4c in meal one and make the brown rice 3/4c in your pre-workout meal. thats about 30-35 more carbs, if im not mistaken? i would suggest an omega complex supp once or twice a day too...it will make sure you get all 3 efa's. other than that it looks good to me. how's the dex working for ya by the way?

yeah i knew i needed to up the carbs a bit , and im enjoying the dex well i agree on the uppin the oats in meal 1 and the carbs in meal 3 thanks again
