I just drink 50 grams of whey protein shake when I get home from the gym unless it is around dinner time, then I eat chicken.
That sweet cerel has high sugar in it which is just empty calories. little protein usually.

0 carbs for me after a workout. I am a diebetic and carbs turn into sugar which increase my sugar levels. I maintain a very steady sugar level in my blood with low carbs high protein diet and I am in the middle of my bulking cycle now too.Quote:
