    Got in contact with Animal

    A lifter for AnimalPak promotions gave me a grid to go by
    for gaining muscle, cutting fat and or non-workout days.

    what does everyone think?


    Training day diet (based on a 200lb bodyweight)
    Carbs Protein Fat
    Meal 1 50 40 12
    Meal 2 50 40 12
    Meal 3 80 55 8
    Post-Workout (within 10 minutes after)

    im 200LB right now. I thought the protein was a bit low

    when i lean up, i take in that much, but i dont want that much when im bulkin, clean bulkin atleast

    you keep fats low when bulking? i can understand under 100 but under 50? i only eat about 2 pro/fat meals a day and it comes out about 50 is this too much?

    even the "gain lean muscle mass kinda diet" sticky up top includes 63 grams of fat...sup wit dat?!?

    everything doesnt work the same for everyone..lol i dont like a high fat diet.. doesnt work for me

    hmmm i had been gaining a bit of fat on a bulking diet with 2 pro/fat meals maybe ill cut one next time i start up again...right now im cutting.

    Am I mistaken or is there written that Post work out meal (10 minutes after) only 5g protein??? and just 30 carbs?????

    Has anyone ever heard of Jeff Dwelle? He told me takes hardly any fat whatsoever when bulking. I myself respond shitty to high fats which I just learned so Im deff. cutting half my fats out. Sorry for the shitty post up above. It comes out fine in my screen but when it posts its all shitty!

    I don't eat many fats either way, just enough to get my daily efa's in as well as the fats that are unavoidable.
