pro/carb pro/fat help

I'm really trying to understand the pro/carb pro/fat meals. If your having a pro/carb mean does this mean you can't have any fat at all in the meal? I asked because I make a favorite meal of mine which included a grilled chicken breast,cup of fat-free cottage cheese, and a potato. So would you say this is my pro/carb meal.

Also can you give me examples of meals which are pro/fat.

you can have a little fat in a pro/carb meal or a little carbs in a pro/fat meal. its very hard to keep it at zero for every meal. just dont go over board.
