Lowfat yogurt good for your or ?

I was wondering if this is something I should stay away from. It say it has 3.5g fat 2g sat, 32 carbs, 28g sugars, 7 g protein. Didn't know if I should be geeting this out of my diet. If I should not be eating it what could I trade it in for?

    Thanks

Get No Fat Plain yogurt and and your own carbs in for flavoring. When I was bulking I used low fat plain yogurt with granola and some honey as a pre workout meal.

    that yoghurt sounds crap

i get non fat bio yoghurt

    per 100g is:

    pro : 5g
    Carbs 5.6g
    Fat: 0.1g

    and it tastes good

i also get flavoured whole grain yoghurt - that has more carbs in cos of the fruit
