Bread while cutting
What kind of bread if any is ok for cutting? I have been eating 2 slices of wheat bread with a little honey with my shake pre-workout........OPINIONS?

u got it dude - wheat - whole grain breads
got think about white bread thats for sure
i hate wheat bread so i just dont have breads at all which totally sucks
im going to look into pitas however

PItas are lower in the glycemic index. When I"m really trying to lean down I dont eat and bread. I'll try to work around it..........A slice here and there wont kill ya though.

Ok well what would be the best kind of bread? Wholegrain? wheat?

Aren't those really whole-wheat fiber-filled breads ok for cutting?
Have seen wheat bread with 4-5 gms of sugar in it and 20 carbs total, aka not good for cutting.
There is another kind that has 14 gms of carbs a slice, 4 of them are fiber..no fat or sugar, unprocessed. Wouldnt those be ok? It has more fiber per carb then Quaker Oats.
