how many calories are you actually taking in....you should be eating every 2.5 - 3 hours no more. if you are really that hungry then you should really see if you are undereating.

    they are high GI though

    how about these

-a couple of slices of ham with PB
    -hard boiled egg
-egg whites microwaved - add milk, bio yoghurt, and flavoured whey (whisk it into a bowl) and almonds
    - spoonful of cottage cheese with almonds
    - or make your own protein bars - ive got a thread about that in the recipe forum

that might be the nastiest 'snack' ever. nothing like smearing some peanut butter on a slice of ham and chowing down. id rather gnaw on the sole of a dirty boot.

Diet pepsi , water , broccoli , colocasia, diet popsicles , diet jello

anything that has calories , even protein will hinder ur fat loss

try Hoodia and like bigsd67 said make sure you're not undereating

i have this same problem no matter how much i eat. i chew a lot of gum. dentyne fire is my fav. the orbit sweet mint. sometimes i chew 2 packs a day. i chew so vigorously hopefully i burn off the 4 cals a piece.

BTW...ham and p/b is actually really good! i saw G talking about it a couple threads back and i tried it. along with egg whites and p/b...its oddly fantastic! dont knock it till you try it!

2 packs of orbit a day too eh? Sucks! It's my sole addition and it's killing my stomach!!! How the hell do you stop.....impossible. I've always wondered if it was because my carbs are so low.

yeah the sugar alcohols will do a number on your tummy if you arent used to it. i think its just the oral fixation for me...trying to quit smoking. but the low carb thing might have something to do with it too
