Thread: Egg Sandwhiches

For breakfast took 3 eggs and scrambled them and make two egg sandwhichs on regular Iron Kids bread white. I know wheat would be better but I have wheat allergies.
How is this for a breakfast. Im not trying to cut, im just trying to bulk without it being too sloppy of a bulk.

yeah lets see what it equals out too.
3 eggs = 18 pro / 13.5 fat
4 slice bread = 8 pro / 52 carb / 4 fat
TOTAL 25pro / 17.5fat / 52carb

You Need more protein dude. Try to find 20 more G's from somewhere.
