    Is this Dextrose label correct?

Does this seem to have too many calories per cup of dextrose? http://www.barryfarm.com/nutri_info/.../dextrose.html Mark

I thought it was high too. I don't know if I should just assume it's wrong and go with the 184/cup method or just assume it's right and use less. I don't want to use too little and sell myself short. One the same token I'm cutting right now and don't want to use too much. I hafta figure it out cause I just ordered 25 pounds. Thoughts? Mark

im assuming all dex is the same. i have two different brands and one says for every 184g of dex (1 cup) it is 184g carbs. the other is measured in 4tbsps (1/4c) which is 46g (46 x 4 = 184). so if the ingredients list is just pure dextrose i think you should go with the 184g per cup. they might have made a mistake and accidentally listed the nutrition facts for two cups.
