    Dessert Idea

    NONFAT Vanilla Yogurt w/Natural Peanut Butter, about a cup of Yogurt w/a hooping scoop of Peanut Butter about 2 hours before my bedtime protein shake. It was goood. Is it ok for me? No carbs just good fats from the peanut butter, right?

    there is prolly a lot of sugar in the yogurt. even if you use the no sugar added kind that is 12g sugar from lactose. id try it with dry curd cottage cheese. only 3g carbs per cup and w/pb its yummy!
