i am adding cardio to my routine my only problem isthis, pro fat or pro carb before, i do it in the afternoon around my third meal, fat loss isnt as much of the goal as is improving my endurance and stamina, i did it today with a pro fat meal in me, and i honestly though i was gona die i had to stop and i felt like shyt the rest of the day so im guessing pro carb is the best way and if so what type of carbs thanks.
