    My Diet Presentation

    20 years
    From Canada
    6'2
    260 pounds
    Done 4 cycles


    Diet:

    Meal 1:
    3 rye bread with PB & J
    500ml milk
    1/3 cup nuts
    small ice cream
    900 calories

    Meal 2:
    2 burritos
    500 ml milk
    800 calories

    Meal 3: Usually a PWO meal if not...then - the gatorade and candy
    N-Large 2 shake w/milk
    a little chocolate/candy
    500 ml gatorade
    maybe some fruit
    1100+ calories

    Meal 4:
    Whatever my parents make for dinner
    (usually chicken or fish with potatoes or rice)
    500 ml milk
    700 - 900 calories

    Meal 5:
    3 breads with PB & J
    1/2 tub Rasberry Yogurt
    1/3 cups nuts
    500 ml mlik
    1000 + calories

    Meal 6:
    250 ml cranberry juice
    N-Large 2 shake w/milk
    power bar
    1000 calories

    yeah I'm bulking...I have been since I started working out lol... I just finished my cycle with tren and it has really brought out the abs... I am 36" waist.

    your diet is not good mate...... meal 1 : ice cream??? all that choclate and candy?? and you mix fat and carbs in nearly all of your meals

    Its a small ice cream...only 110 calories. and as for chocolate and candy I only have that PWO...(the days I workout) refer to this thread .... Sugar for PWO

    Are you serious? I know one can go a little off track as far as cheating a little extra when bulking as opposed to someone cutting but damn man this is crazy

    What sticks out to me like said above is the mixing of fats/carbs and ice creams and chocolate etc....
