YOU WILL NEED MORE PROTEIN HERE IMO
Meal 2: Protein shake/ Tuna sandwich (2 tbsp flax)
DROP THE SHAKE AND TRY SOME TUNA W/MAYO
    Meal 3:Veggies, Chicken breast, workout
WORKOUT WHEN? HOW LONG AFTER MEAL 3?
    Meal 4:Protein shake
PWO I ASSUME? REMEMBER TO KEEP IT 2:1 PRO/DEX
Meal 5:Veggies, Chicken breast 1/2 cup rice
DROP THE VEGGIES, BUT KEEPING THEM WILL NOT KILL YOU
    Meal 6:Shake with Flax
    OK

Nice start just fine tune it a bit, keep your protein around 40-50g per meal but then again you did not state how much you weigh so actual amount needed might vary. Remember you want most of your protein to come in the form of real meals, 3 shakes a day tops IMO (example: Meal 1, PWO & Meal before bedtime).

I would also wait at the very least 1 1/2 hours after a meal to go to the gym to weight train.

I just meant to have at most 3 shakes throughout your day.

    Meal 1
    PWO
    And your meal before bedtime

Thats just the attitude that you need to get rid of, you can do this as it is very simple once you learn how to manipulate macros etc..

You can do it and we are here to help you...believe me whyen i say once you learn how to eat you will see the results.

Not enough protein, and certainly not enough carbs. I would eat 2g of protein per lb of bodyweight, and eat atleast 150g of carbs a day. Remember, you don't have to starve yourself when on a cutting cycle. It's not how much, but what you eat. I ate 2 1/2 lbs of chicken breast and a bag of broccoli everyday before I even left work.
