    Can I get some help of examples of what you would consider the pro/fat meals? Thanks for your time.

    a meal consisting of fat and protein

    chicken/olive oil

    turkey and flax

    a shake and flax

    tuna and mayo

    etc.....

    nawwhh the best pro fat meal which i look forward to everyday
    1 can tuna 1/2 cup diced/cubed mozorella cheese 2tbs salsa
    microwave that shit till its nice and melted
    pro=50 carbs=2-3g 2 from the cheese 1from the salsa fat=15
    guarenteed ul change the usual pizza cheat to something else cuz ul find this taste "similar"

    damn that actually sounds good. i burned out on tuna a few weeks ago...but i might have to try that
