    Post shakes....

Anyone train later in the day/eve and just do two shakes instead of a shake and a meal?

I mean it would be the same macros, just more convienent....

    like a dex/whey pw

then a oats, skim, cottage cheese one before bed?

Or even an oats and whey with some chocolate milk or yogurt post

then a casein with some flax before bed/

Why do you want to skip a meal and use a shake?

it might be more convenient, but i think its more beneficial having whole foods for that second one to make them longer lasting. the dex/whey is meant to get in your system quick. i believe in using whey supplements 2 or more times a day but you need whole foods as well.

    Yeah, stamina is I.

Quick question that has me thrown for a loop.......

Does anyone ever have shakes all day and only have a piece of fruit pwo?

What about fasting? Does that help your body metabolically enhance the growth chain factor while an abundance of amino acid peptide glutamine based ion exchange particles float freely thus infused by the sudden rush of slin when exogenous fruit based substances are ingested in order to try and spur muscular recovery while in a glycogen depleted state from cardiovascular exercise performed to rid the body of neurological implications that may have halted lipolyptic conditions, thus the body holding on to a significant level of stored bodyfat?
