whats a good ratio of pro/carb/fat to use for cutting?
getting frustrated while cutting. i have been neglecting my protein intake and barely even consume 1.5x my body weight, can you guys give me a good ratio? thanks

I like to start cutting at like a 50/30/20.....Pro/carb/fat.
