    Help needed please

    I need help organizing my diet please cause im kinda confused as how to put things in order.
    I workout in the morning and do cario Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. On the other days I do my weight sessions. Now, I need you guys do give some input on how to organize my PWO meal, etc. Im on a cutting cycle.
    And if you can post an example diet I am going to be very Thankfull.

    sorry to say...no one is gonna write out a diet for you. just take understand the concept of the cutting sticky and rearrange and tweak it to meet your needs (i.e. switch the PWO to the AM after you workout)
