    Fat grams

I am 195lbs 10% BF, I am currently getting 200gm protein, 420gm carb, and 66 gm fat. I want to up my carb intake to 600 carbs and my protein to 260. Should I lower my fat because I am getting more carbs? I am on my "off" cycle as well if that means anything.

Why would you lower you fat? Lowering your fat would throw off your macro ratio even more.

If you have a tendency to really store fat, back off the fat when you increase carbs.

If not, keep it the same.

    Great info........................as always.

I try to consume as much as my fat with protein only meals. I try to keep the fat/carb combo to a minimum. Except now when I"m bulking, ughh how I love pizza
