I'm notoriously a bad cook and my chicken always turns out dry...so I tend to always have some ketchup or some type of sauce to make the chicken edible. So for example one of my pro/carb meals today was
6oz Chicken 50g protein
2 small fat free tortillas 36g carb
1/4 cup tomato sauce 13carb 0.5g fat
is adding stuff like tomato sauce, steak sauce and what not a bad choice to a meal if it is in moderation?
