Weird calculation I found....
I seen a calculation used to calculate carb and protein intake which was kind of interesting. The calculation suggested that 1.5-2 per pound of bodyweight plus 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight and it said don't go looking for fats. I can't find the article but how do you go about calulating your daily intake what numbers do you use?
Does what I read sound legit, I'll keep looking forthe article.Last edited by Power House; 11-02-2005 at 10:06 AM.

if your wanting to gain wait just multiply your body weight by 20 and there you go for your caloric intake. if your wanting to maintain, then multiply it by 10 and there you go.
