    Lightbulb Weird calculation I found....

I seen a calculation used to calculate carb and protein intake which was kind of interesting. The calculation suggested that 1.5-2 per pound of bodyweight plus 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight and it said don't go looking for fats. I can't find the article but how do you go about calulating your daily intake what numbers do you use?

Does what I read sound legit, I'll keep looking forthe article.

Do you mean 1.5g of carbs/lb of bodyweight? 15g's/lb would be 3000carbs for a 200lb man. Nearly Impossible.

if your wanting to gain wait just multiply your body weight by 20 and there you go for your caloric intake. if your wanting to maintain, then multiply it by 10 and there you go.
