    Museli

anyone ever eat it - like alpen and stuff like that

the box i am eating daily at the moment is maple triple nut

    per 100g

    pro: 10.3g
    Carbs: 55.0g
    of which are sugars: 24.1g
    Fat: 14.1g
    of which are saturates: 1.5g

i know it contains quite a lot of sugar but i am presuming this is mainly from the fruits

the fat is quite high too but they are mainly omega 3 and 6's from the nuts

i lower the GI by adding whey, non fat bio yoghurt and i squeeze some lemon onto it

anyone think this a good/bad idea

it tastes lovely, and have to stop myself having it twice a day

i have it for my PPWO meal or sometimes pre workout too

Does contain somes trans fat. Other than that looks decent. A little high on the fat side, but if you like it, you can work it in.

I love Alpen! Quite alot of sugar in it though. I guess you could try the no sugar version (A bit bland though) Doesn't really fill me up like oats.

i think that the majority of the sugar is from the fruit so i think thats ok, cos i always like to get a daily helping from fruit

i doubt i would eat it while cutting, but i am 2 weeks out of my cut cycle and starting to bulk again now
