Im not sure on your bulking question. It seems logical to me to increase your cals slowly in order to prevent a lot of fat gain.
When you're done bulking do the HB calculator again with your new stats...then eat about 500 cals less than that number to cut. That is my suggestion anyway.
thanks. I typed in my stats and got 2072as my BMR...that cant be right
maybe you estimated your activity level wrong. at the bottom of the page it explains the different levels of activity. just put how many hours a day you spend at that level (i.e. sleep is resting, very light is sitting at a computer or watching tv, heavy is working out...etc.)
