Last diet critique for LEAN mass....final - promise

one last critique of my diet to gain LEAN mass, and I swear to you I am done.

530 - 25 minute jog (LIGH!) walk before meal 1 with dog to stretch

    630
    1/2 cup oats
    1 cup egg whites
1 cup carb sense low sugar skim milk /decaf coffee

    915
250g of dry curd cottage cheese
    1tb ofpeanut butter natty
    10-15 almnds and peanuts

    1230
HUGE bowl of salad with broc, cali, squash, loaded with veggies
4oz of chick, 2oz lean beef
    sf jello
    10-15 peanuts

    330 PRETRAIN
    3 egg whites
    3oz chicken/beef
stallone pudding and an apple (is an apple decent 2 hours pretrain?)

    530-700 - TRAIN

    745
SHAKE WITH SKIM MILK, CASEIN AND WHEY MIX
    1 CUP LENTELS
    TUNA

    930 BED

6'2, FIGHTING ANXIETY AND SLIGHT ANOREXIA
    165LBS AND APPROX 8%

GOAL IS IN 2-3 YEARS, 210, 10-11%BF WITH ABS

LOW TESTOSTERONE FROM YOUTH, APPROX. 200 RANGE -

PROB. GONNA DO 200MG TEST CYP PER WEEK AND 200 EQ AFTER DIET IS STAPLED IN

WILL THIS CAUSE SEVERE WATER RETENTION?

Swear this is the last post about this if you can just give it to me str8 up......weekends I can crank the carbs if that would be benefitial........triple the oats, fruits, breads, whatever you think will work.

IMO you dont need to make a LEAN bulk cycle but just a mass cycle

I WOULD BUMP UP YOUR PROTEIN HERE TO 50 GRAMS. THROW IN A PROTEIN SHAKE.

    915
250g of dry curd cottage cheese
    1tb ofpeanut butter natty
    10-15 almnds and peanuts

COTTAGE CHEESE IS OKAY. I'D GO FOR A MORE LEAN PROTEIN SOURCE SUCH AS CHICKEN, TUNA, TURKEY, ETC. I'D ALSO REPLACE PEANUTS FOR CASHEWS OR ALMONDS.

    1230
HUGE bowl of salad with broc, cali, squash, loaded with veggies
4oz of chick, 2oz lean beef
    sf jello
    10-15 peanuts

AGAIN, PEANUTS GO WITH BEER, NOT PROTEIN. TRY ALMONDS, MACCHADEMIANS (SP?), CASHEWS, ETC...

    330 PRETRAIN
    3 egg whites
    3oz chicken/beef
stallone pudding and an apple (is an apple decent 2 hours pretrain?)

NEED A FAT OR CARB SOURCE HERE. CARBS WOULD PROBABLY BE MORE IDEAL SINCE YOUR THIS IS A LEAN MASS PROGRAM.

    530-700 - TRAIN

    745
SHAKE WITH SKIM MILK, CASEIN AND WHEY MIX
    1 CUP LENTELS
    TUNA

DROP THE CASEIN PROTEIN. NEED A FAST DELIVERY SYSTEM POST WORKOUT. WHEY DOES THE JOB HERE. LENTELS??? WHERE IS YOUR CARBS HERE? SWEET POTATOES, BROWN RICE, MULTI-GRAIN FRENCH TOAST, ETC...

    930 BED

KEEP BUSTING YOUR TAIL, YOU'LL GET THERE.

    NO, DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

great help bro.....and eat whatever on the weekends?? Carb ups? Sat am to sunday night?

Cottage cheese I always thought was top notch protein.......the macros are pretty incred, but if you think....

also, peanuts? I know almonds are better and I have a mix, but peanut butter is a staple to many....what would be the difference?

Thanks again bro...you were a big help

Peanuts are mostly saturated fat "bad fats", whereas almonds contain more "good" fats.
Plus, I believe peanuts are loaded with sodium.

Cottage cheese is just okay...dairy product tend to bloat a lot of people (myself included). High sodium content usually cause high water retention. However, its a good protein to ingest before you go to bed...since its casein protein which is slow digesting (think timed released protein).

    Glad to help...

no bro...DRY CURD........entire tub has 2 g of fat, 60mg of sodium, 4 carbs, 4 sugars and 80g of protein.....and thats like 500g of cottage cheese....I have one split in 2 meals........

Why is peanut butter a staple....its not mostly sat fat...may be higher than almonds, but I eat like 20 shelled peanuts (40 halves) ......that cant be more than 2g of sat. fat.......
