    Jay Cutler eats White Rice

    In Jays latest training DVD - he uses white rice for his carbs.

    Can you tell me why he migh do that instead of Brown Rice?

    He's also more drugs than anyone on this forum, I don't believe the color of his rice will make a difference.

    I dont beleive half of the things they show in those videos

    why would they show their secrets and tips to other bodybuilders?

    They want to be the best in the world...they wont tell everyone how they do it.

    My opinion is, he eats White rice because its probably (parboiled) Which is lower Gi than Brown rice, and u can see it when he poor it on his plate that they dont stick together.. Thats why

    i thought it was total bs when i saw ronnie never drink shakes in his videos and go to black eyed pea all the time, but now that i have talked to a guy that actually does train at metroflex and used to date someone that was close to ronnie, i know its true...he never drinks shakes...his PWO really is black eyed pea NO JOKE.
