I usually take about 80g of dextrose right after my workout.
I recently get these horrible headaches right after ive been taking it.
Has anyone ever had this happen?
Also my dex has a huge whole in the bag...and cannot go stale right?

hey bro, are you using aas right now? ive been using dextrose as a part of my pwo now for over a year. i just recently started my first cycle a month ago. recently i too have noticed after i take my dextrose pwo that i get a headache as well( feels like my head is in a vise grip). ive never had this problem before so im guessing its due to the cycle im on. was curious if you were as well because there could be a correlation.

no bro. been using dextrose for over a year and didnt start getting them till 2 weeks into my current cycle. and the funny thing is i thought it was just something else, but when i read your post i started thinking that maybe there was a correlation somewhere.

IM 100% sure there is nothing wrong with u , people who become diabetic are those who sit around on desks all day eat Mcdonalds , go drink beer after that , watch tv , do no form of exercise and then sleep.
If its worryin u that much just check it....for the peace of mind....but like I said...Im sure its nothing.

You've most likely became insulin -sensitive (not diabetic) due to your strict dieting. If the headaches continue to be a problem, substitute half of your PWO carbs with maltodextrin. IE. half dextrose/half maltodextrin. The maltodextrin is a complex carbohydrate, thus it will not trigger an immediate insulin spike...but a more sustained release.
