    Hellmann's mayo with canola oil

I recently bought Hellmann's mayo made with canola oil. It says on the label that each serving (1 tbsp) has 2.2 g of Omega 6 and 1.1 g of Omega 3 ALA essential oils.

Would eating 5 oz. of canned albacore tuna with 1 tbsp. of this kind of mayo be a good pro/fat meal?

Because I think you lose the beneficial qualities of the omega-3s when you heat them. At least I remember reading that a long time ago, haven't really looked into it.
